Queer and Trans Community of Practice

This will be a space for LGBTQIA+ youth workers in social work and human services organisations, including government departments. We will explore the insights and challenges in being queer and trans youth workers in often hetero-cisnormative workplaces, and together we can work toward a space of radical flourishing.

The Community of Practice will comprise a 7 session program held once a month, on Zoom. Exact dates will be posted here closer to the start date.

The Community of Practice will be supported by a private WhatsApp group that will promote ongoing interactions outside the monthly sessions.

Fees: $220 for the full program. An upfront payment is required and will represent a commitment to actively participating in each monthly session.

If you would like to explore any of the topics at a deeper level we can arrange a one on one session. Fees for one on one sessions are the same as individual supervision sessions, $180.

Note: All fees are tax deductible, you will be provided a Tax Invoice.

The work we will do together will create a space for belonging, with conversations that activate change.
